When silicone is used as the cable insulation material, the cable surface is sticky
in nature and dust can be easily adhered on it. So, the surface of the cable needs to have surface treatment to prevent dust adhesion.
We have successfully developed the dip coating process as the surface treatment on the cable jacket.
The cable with dip coating process has soft hand touch feeling and stain
resistance. The coating thickness can be precisely controlled to provide good
resistance to friction and ensure the durability over time.

We have developed smartphone protective cover surface treatment through dipping process. The product surface become
smooth after dipping process
The hardness of the dipping layer is F grade which provide excellent resistance to friction over time
The production yield for our customized dipping process is high and consistent. This provide cost advantage when compared to
the conventional UV coating process which is low yield and not consistent.
