The patents cover a wide range from the machine, manufacturing process to material recipe including the high speed liquid silicone vertical extrusion machine, automated cable coating system, anti-sticky coating paint and multicolor molding process using liquid silicone.

One of the most remarkable patent is on the high speed liquid silicone vertical extrusion machine. Our company successfully invented the first vertical extrusion machine in the world for high speed data cable extrusion. We are supplying this machine to the customers from Fortune Global 500 company.

Data Cable

MM silicone series is formulated to suit this application. Silicone data cable has higher elongation and lower hardness which provide more flexibility. So, there is minimum memory retention effect after cable bending if compare to TPE cable.


Power Cable

Specially formulated silicone for the EV high voltage power cable and charging cable application. These cables undergo testing that are more stringent than the actual working environment of EV to guarantee its reliability and durability. 

Wearable Product

MHD silicone series is formulated to suit this application. High density silicone is formulated to replace the FKM material in wearable product application.

 

Water Proofing

MMS silicone series is formulated to suit this application and complies with industrial IP68 waterproof rating.

Protective Casing

MPC silicone series is formulated to suit this application. The self-bonding silicone enable excellent self-adhesion between silicone and protective casing plastic component thus eliminate the need of primer application during the manufacturing process.
