Mold Design Capability

Our mold designer team has more than 20 years of experience in mold design including plastic injection mold, silicone injection mold and silicone compression mold.

We prepare the tooling 3D design and mold flow analysis to present a detailed Design for Manufacturablity (“DFM”) to ensure that the molds can meet customer product expectations in parting line, draft angle, gate location and product surface.

Our teams have years of experience in tooling design, coupled with understanding of various kinds of resin materials, we can produce quality molds which meet the highest industry standards.

We have in house tool room for mold fabrication within short lead time with quality guaranteed. Our mold fabrication capacity is up to 50 molds per month.

Our mold fabrication machines include milling, CNC, EDM, wire cut and grinding from well known international machine maker such as Sodick, Roders, Charmilles and Okamoto.

For rubber parts, we can produce ultra-high cavitation tools up to 600 cavities per tool which provide cost competitive in product mass production.

Injection And Compression

We specialize in high precision plastic injection molding and insert molding products for various products such as consumer electronic products, medical products and automobile parts.

We also specialize in silicone rubber injection and compression molding for various products such as o-ring, gasket, phone casing and wearable products.

Our aim is to manufacture the products that meet the customer demands with competitive cost within short preparation lead time

Extrusion

We specialize in the silicone HCR & LSR material cable and tube extrusion.

Horizontal extrusion machine is used for HCR material extrusion. This process is suitable for low volume high mix products.

Vertical extrusion machine is used for LSR material cable extrusion which the extrusion speed is up to 100m/min and product concentricity > 90%. This process is suitable for high volume low mix products

Surface Treatment

Cover and Cable

We have surface treatment capability for both cable and smartphone protective cover products 


Our customized dip coating process on cable and protective cover provide competitive cost to customer when compared to the conventional spray coating process. This process also has less VOC emission and is more eco-friendly
